Applications
This is a Smooth Bore (SB) Dock hose designed for asphalt and bitumen products up to 392˚F (200˚C) dockside transfer between docks and ships. All sizes are rated at full vacuum.

Black, oil-resistant Chemigum® (Nitrile) synthetic rubber, supported by a flat steel helix wire

Nitrile/synthetic black rubber, Ozone, oil, sea water and abrasion-resistant

Spiral wire between plies of synthetic fabric.

Coupling:
Built-in coupling with flange. Unless specified , flanges are supplied with 150#RFSO ANSI-B16.5 / ASTM A105.
