CO2 Injection Hoses for Carbon Capture and Storage
Carbon capture and sequestration/storage (CCS) is the process of capturing carbon dioxide (CO₂) formed during power generation and industrial processes and storing it so that it is not emitted into the atmosphere.
Continental’s flexible hoses are designed to convey high pressure carbon dioxide safely, right before it is injected back to the reservoir. It is suitable for both onshore and dynamic offshore environment. Applications include e.g. connecting a vessel to an offshore platform or buoy or used as a topside jumper on a surface wellhead platform.
